These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the L3NS.ai Creator Program, operated by L3NS AI Inc. ("L3NS.ai", "we", "our"). By joining the program, the Creator ("Creator", "you") agrees to these terms.

1. Program Overview

L3NS.ai offers the Creator the opportunity to:

• Earn 10% commission on every successful pre-order made through the Creator’s unique referral link, until the conversion volume chosen under your agreement is reached.

• Compete for a $5,000 monthly reward if ranked among the Top 10 Creators based on pre-order conversions.

2. Referral Link & Attribution Rules

• Use the unique Rewardful referral link generated at:

• Attribution uses "last-click wins" logic.

• Tracking cookies last for 60 days.

• Only purchases using your referral link count. If a different link is used, commission is not earned.

• The Brand reserves the right, at any time, to change the service used to generate the Creator’s Unique Referral Link and to track the relative conversion volume.

• The Brand reserves the right, at any time, to require the Creator to use an alternative link designated by the Brand as the Creator’s Unique Referral Link for the purpose of tracking and attributing conversion volume.

3. Leaderboard & Conversion Rewards

• Leaderboard ranks are based on referral conversions.

• To qualify for Top 100: refer at least 100 users.

• To qualify for $5,000/month: be Top 10 with 100+ referrals and a leaderboard of 100+ eligible members.

• If fewer than 100 creators qualify in a month, leaderboard rewards do not apply.

4. Commission Terms

• Earn 10% per successful purchase of the USD $97 ticket via your referral link, until the conversion volume chosen under this agreement is reached.

• Paid monthly via preferred method (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

• A valid payout method is required.

5. Leaderboard Payout Timing

• Leaderboard resets monthly on the 1st.

• Rewards paid within 32 days after month-end upon eligibility verification.

6. Content Usage Rights

By participating and producing content:

• You grant L3NS.ai full rights to reuse and adapt content.

• May include placement on website, decks, ads, or social media.

• L3NS.ai may edit or localize as needed.

7. Disqualification, Fraud & Enforcement

L3NS.ai may disqualify creators for:

• Bot traffic, fake referrals, or misleading tactics.

• Unauthorized or untracked links.

• Violations of these Terms or any applicable laws.

8. Termination

Participation may be suspended or terminated for:

• Breach of these Terms.

• Fraudulent behavior.

• Structural program changes or discontinuation.

9. Modifications

These Terms may be updated at any time. Changes will be notified via email or dashboard. Continued participation implies acceptance.
