These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the L3NS.ai Creator Program, operated by L3NS AI Inc. ("L3NS.ai", "we", "our"). By joining the program, you ("Creator", "you") agree to these terms.

1. Program Overview

L3NS.ai offers Creators the opportunity to:

• Earn 10% commission on every successful pre-order made through their referral link.
  
  

• Win $5,000/month if you’re among the Top 10 Creators in monthly pre-order conversions.

2. Eligibility

To join, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
  
  

• Use a valid Rewardful referral link.
  
  

• Accept these Terms & Conditions.

  
  

There’s no minimum audience or follower count required.

3. Referral Link & Attribution Rules

• You must use your unique Rewardful referral link, generated here:

• Attribution follows a "last-click wins" model:
  If a user clicks multiple creators’ referral links, the most recent link clicked before purchase will receive credit for the conversion.
  
  

• Referral tracking cookies are active for 60 days.
  If a user returns to www.l3ns.ai and purchases within 60 days of clicking your link (without clicking another referral link), the conversion still counts toward your total.
  
  

• If your link is not used, or if the user purchases through another link, you will not be credited or earn commission.

4. Leaderboard & Conversion Rewards

• The Leaderboard ranks creators based on the number of pre-order conversions tracked via Rewardful.
  
  

• To enter the Top 100, you must refer a minimum of 100 pre-order users via your referral link.
  
  

• To qualify for the $5,000/month reward, you must:
  
  

  • Be in the Top 10 creators by conversions in that month.

  • Have referred at least 100 pre-order users through your Rewardful link.

  • The Creator Leaderboard must have a minimum of 100 eligible members during that month.
    
    

⚠️ Important Notes:

• If the Conversion Rewards Leaderboard has fewer than 100 eligible creators in a given month, the Top 10 prize payouts ($5,000/month) will not apply for that month.

  
  

• In this case, all participating creators will still receive their 10% commission per valid pre-order conversion but will not be eligible for the leaderboard rewards.

  
  

• If you do not meet the 100-user minimum, you are not eligible for leaderboard rewards or the $5K/month payout - even if you're in the Top 10.

5. Commission Terms

• Creators earn 10% commission on every successful pre-order purchase attributed to their Rewardful referral link.
  
  

• Commissions are paid monthly to your preferred payment method (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
  
  

• A valid and functioning payout method is required to receive payments.

6. Leaderboard Payout Timing

• The leaderboard resets on the 1st of every calendar month.
  
  
  

• Rewards for the prior month are paid out within 32 days of month-end, after conversion data and eligibility are verified.

7. Content Usage Rights

By participating in the L3NS.ai Creator Program and producing content (e.g., videos, posts, testimonials, screenshots, or reviews) to promote L3NS.ai, you agree to grant L3NS AI Inc. the full rights to reuse, adapt, and distribute this content across our internal and external channels.

Specifically, L3NS.ai reserves the right to:

• Use your content on our website or landing pages

  
  

• Feature your content in internal materials (e.g., pitch decks, newsletters, or internal training)
  
  

• Repurpose your content for marketing campaigns, including but not limited to Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, and paid ads
  
  

• Edit, shorten, reformat, or localize your content to suit the campaign or platform

8. Disqualification, Fraud & Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove or disqualify any Creator found engaging in:

• Self-referrals, bot/fake traffic, or misleading tactics.

• Use of non-trackable or unauthorized links.

• Violation of these Terms, brand guidelines, or applicable laws.
  
  

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time if:

• You breach these Terms.

• We detect fraudulent activity or abuse.

• The Creator Program undergoes changes or ends.

  
  

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or your dashboard. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance.
